36 months of free maintenance for flashlight lighting products, excluding batteries.
Warranty coverage.
Purchased flashlight lighting products are eligible for free maintenance within 36 months. Batteries are excluded.
The following cases are not covered by the warranty and are subject to an additional service charge.
Warranty exclusions.
- Periodic inspection, maintenance, repair, and replacement of parts due to normal wear.
- Disassembly or modification by an unauthorized service center.
- Damage caused by force majeure, such as lightning or fire.
- Damage related to use, repair, or maintenance, including falls, water ingress, corrosion, and other causes.
- Other damage caused by misuse.
